Jakayla Coats is from the Woodlawn area of Chicago. She joined Project Fire in 2020. Jakayla loves that by doing art she can express herself without talking. She plans to become a doctor or a lawyer after she graduates. She wants to use her skills as an artist to make a logo for her own business one day.
